Where are you from?

I live in Lilydale.

How would you describe yourself?

A giver not a taker, someone who never says no and never gives up. I am stubborn, determined, and innovative.

I enjoy helping others, other people’s happiness is very important to me.

Who is in your family?

I have a 17 year old son named Tim. I have 3 younger siblings, twin sisters and a brother.

What kind of worker are you?

I am a messy worker, a cook, I’m a multitasker, a hard worker and very helpful.

How did you come up with Tasty Az?

I took a group of Tafe students to Geelong to see DAL (Dial A Lunch). DAL is another catering social enterprise.

I then got inspiration to open up a similar one on the other side of Victoria.

When did Tasty Az start?

The idea of Tasty Az began in 2012 and the rst event happened in 2013.

What do you do outside of Tasty Az?

Outside of Tasty Az I am a Mum, a friend to many. I like to dream about more awesome things Tasty Az can do.

I love to look for food inspiration.

What is your favorite thing about Tasty Az?

My favorite thing is the team and how they keep blowing me away with their outcomes and their abilities.

I also love the uniqueness of what Tasty Az does.

What is your favorite thing to do/make at Tasty Az?

I love to make scones and coffee using the coffee machines. I enjoy observing the team and watching them achieve their goals.

What has Tasty Az taught you?

I have learnt that people can do whatever they set their minds to with the right amount of motivation and support, and I have also learnt lots of patience.
